Capital of its province, Córdoba offers narrow streets with shady patios on its old quarters. Many attactive monuments as the Cathedral, with Gothic, Baroque and Plateresque elements & Mosque, with beautiful doors and nearby a thousand columns.

In the old Jewish Quarter, admire the Sinagogue, the Gate of Almodóvar and the Alcázar of the Christian Kings, with beautiful gardens.
"Fernandina" Churches as Santa Marina, San Miguel, San Lorenzo, San Pablo, La Magdalena, San Nicolás de la Villa.

Many Baroque features such as the superb Palace of la Merced. The river runs through Córcoba with the inner city on one side, and the other the Campo de la Verdad with munuments as Tower of La Calohorra, quarters as Corredera, the Capuchinos with its Cristo de los Faroles. Don’t forget its Museums as Fine Arts, Julio Romero de Torres, archaelogical and Bullfighting. Among civil buildings the old Hospital of San Sebastian and the Palace of Viana, are the most importants.The southern part of Cordoba’s province is made up enterely of one mountainous region which is scattered with delighful villages and small animated towns.
