Malaga’s agreeable temperatures and varied geography (it is bordered to the south ny the Mediterranean Sea and has 156 Kms. of beaches) make it a privileged setting.
The inland areas contain a pleasant landscape of white villages.
The province is composed of several natural regions.
Ronda, for example is a monumental city (capital of the world known “white villages route”) divided by its legendary gorge, birthplace of bullfighting and starting point to visit the spectacular nearby mountains.

Vélez-Málaga, capital of Axarquía, is located in a beautiful countryside and produces the famous wines of Málaga as well as raisins.
Antequera, is filled with churches and prehistoric monuments such as the Dolmen de Menga.
Just 13 Kms. away, in El Torcal, nature has molded the
landscape of gorges and rought terrain.
All along the coast, a long list of tourist towns and cosmopolitan cities make up the so-called Costa del Sol.
